When you place your order, please email us to let us know whether you wish to have it delivered to a work address, or, in the case of a gift, to the recipient.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. Olympic Pantheon will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please be aware that, due to the fact that our products are either individually cast, carved, painted and hand finished, there will inevitably be minor variations in size, colour and texture.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have complete confidence in all our products and our aim is to supply products of the highest quality at all times.

If, however, you wish to return an item to us, please do so within 14 days. You will be entitled to a refund or a replacement, if we have it in stock. A returned item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. Note that shipping charges are not refunded. The actual postage charges will be subtract from the item price(We will send you our courier price policy in pdf to check it yourself) before refunded.

IMPORT TAXES

Orders placed with us outside the European Union may be subject to import tax. Please note that this is the customer's responsibility.
